If there was a way to put zero, I would. Campuskey PE have not given my brothers deposit for almost 2 months now. When we call, we never get an answer, head office refuses to deal with the matter, they keep referring us to the useless PE office. Its not right, my brother needed that money to move into a new place. They just dont get care.

19 Feb 2025, 18:37Please define "as soon as possible" because we still have not heard anything your caring and understanding team. Surely it is simple to return a deposit. Its been 5 working days since you responded. When can we expect the payment? We need the money not an update. when you need your rent you don't ask for updates, you disable access. Why must we understand you when you cant pay? Please PAYBACK the MONEY
