CampusKey Rosebank was atrocious. Everything is broken all of the time and never gets repaired in any hurry, no hot water, broken washers, dryers - safety issues and after our daughter barely spent any time at her room due to these constant issues, they took over 3 months to refund our deposit and deducted R1500 for no reason whatsoever. Stay FAR FAR away from them - all they do is overcharge and don’t provide the service they’ve promised. They should become the subject of a class action law-suite as they’re well aware it’s not financially viable for one individual to bring them to book! Appalled that they get away with this time and again.
