Fail to pay back deposit

We rented accommodation through this company. They fail to pay back our deposit and do not report back to us concerning this matter. <br> <br> We have entered into a contract for a premise for the year 2014. Our deposit was transferred when we entered into a new contract for a new premise for 2015. They now wont pay back our deposit- they now want to deduct damage for the 2014 rental contract. - which was not caused by us.<br> These damages was brought under there attention during 2014. They assured us that we will not be held responsible for these damage caused by the other tenants. (19 people occupied this student house) <br> <br> During November 2015 a preliminary inspection was held at the new premise , we received an email stated that their is no damage . They have also asked us for our bank detail so that they can pay back our deposit within 25 days. Up to date we have not yet received any payment. <br> <br> We have emailed and phone them numerous of times and they now emailed us to say they have more important matters to take care of., so we are not important. <br> <br> We are not the only people having problems to get back our deposit <br> <br> They also do not fix any of these damages but bill people for it
