double charge

i made a booking with bookings.com, paid the hotel Via credit card then on arrival im informed that the card payments are invalid for same day bookings. i was required to pay at the desk. only to find that the credit card payment also, its now two weeks later im struggling to obtain my funds jandre- said to get back to me now they keep hanging up on my calls the staff was rude and charged us for keys that the amount was not on the confirmation mail now i have to struggle on getting my refund from these people
