Where's the PR?

Brand new item, delivered damaged. First, they pointed fingers at everyone else, until in fact there was no one else to point at. Its 2 months later, and the item is still damaged and not fixed. The company has no PR s****s, no one has apologized or taken steps to compensate for the problem and it takes them weeks to respond to mails.
