Unacceptable Delivery and Customer Service Experience

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Campos Transport.

After being notified of my delivery on 4 Sept 2026, I used your WhatsApp system to request a reschedule. The system advised that someone would contact me, but this never happened.

Instead, I received a call from the delivery driver on Monday advising that they were already on their way. I fail to understand how a delivery could be dispatched when no rescheduled date had been confirmed with me.

The situation has since become even more frustrating. I have been told that delivery cannot be guaranteed because your vehicles are not regularly in my area on days when I am available. I was also expected to arrange for someone to be at home on 9 Sept 2026, despite clearly stating that I would be at work.

Now I am being told that Friday may be an option, but that I must wait until Thursday to find out whether your vehicle will be in the area. This is unreasonable and places the burden of your scheduling challenges on me, the customer.

Your WhatsApp system is ineffective, and the overall communication has been poor.
