Poor Service

I must start by saying I deal with a lot of delivery companies and Campos is by far the worst. I purchased an item from Cape Town when my delivery arrived in JHB I firstly was not informed that this was available. I called the delivery company only to be told that the item had been sent out for delivery without prior notifications to see if anyone would be home. None the less I was happy to leave the office and go home and receive the delivery, when the delivery didn't' arrive I called back to check where this was and was promised yet another call back, which didn't' happen and the delivery also didn't' come through. I called back once again only to be advised that I would be contacted next week to discuss another delivery date. The entire experience has been shocking and I personally have never dealt with such poor service delivery in a long time. I am one very disappointed customer and will never recommend this company to anyone!
