Damaged good twice and the worse service I have ever experienced

Campos Transport has by far been the worst service I have experienced in any field of service delivery. They brought our couch to us, without telling us when they were coming as agreed. The couch was damaged beyond use and we therefore had to send it back to the manufacturer. After months of waiting, the couch was being delivered back to us, with no indication of when it would arrive, only for us to call numerous times and then be told, the company had damaged the couch again and it needed to go back to the manufacturer. It has been weeks and the only contact made has come from our side, never from Campos. They promised a time of delivery today and so arrangements were made to recevie the couch only for the delivery men to not be able to arrive on time, messing us around yet again.

This is too shocking and I highly recommend no one uses this service.
