Bad customer service from call centre agents!!!

The call center agents are so rude! Really bad customer service !

Particularly Johannesburg lady and Capetown guy.

I asked for assistance they were shouting at me!

Pathetic customer service!!!!!

Cielo should stop working with them for deliveries.
