Campmor really really bad service/ and rude people

Campmor, does not offer any client service, the receptionist is rude and she just put the phone done mid conversation, Campmor also need to do training for there distributors to sell there product correctly, thus Outdoor warehouse are unbale to assist in getting a simple thing link a price and availability for a dome tent frame. Tried to call campmor to speak to someone senior to resolve my issue they are always out never available. it is no wonder Tentco is taking the market, I also have spoken to Tentco and they will now assist me with a frame. Thank you Tentco. I will also now remove your name of my tent. it is a wonder they are still standing.
