Campmor complete lack of interest and service

I have had the exact same experience than Richard. Very rude receptionist. When originally asked, I was referred to Justin to help me. We have had 3 mail conversations and he said I must rather buy from them directly since Outdoor Warehouse will charge me a lot more. I agreed and asked for an invoice so that I can pay for the frame as well as the courier costs. I could see he has read my mails but ignored me. I phoned again and asked to speak to Justin but as usual he is not available. Then the lady said that they don't deal with the public. Why not saying that from the beginning? Even their distributors say dealing with them is a nightmare. You wait for months to get anything from them. I have enquired and Tentco helped with no problem. As Richard also said, I will remove their name from my tents and will also tell everyone not to buy their products. My recommendation is to go to Tentco from the beginning and avoid this lackluster attitude.
