Bad Quality & Poor Workmanship Built-in Cupboards

On installation I queried the bad cutting of the melamine - I was told it is just dirty. After-ward, I am left with melamine that was cut with a blunt blade. Mr Camphor's answer: The job was too big for the blade. The installation was done poorly, holes, marks, bad edging, skew handles, hanging doors. We kept back some of the money, but that doesn't even begin to cover the poor workmanship. The hinges of the doors were not fitted properly, so now my doors are falling off! Some of the drawers don't work? 8 Months after installation I have to redo most of my built-in cupboards. The white tops are pulling away from each other and the walls.
