Bad Service/Claims

<p>Albatros/campher Brokers ..</p> <p> </p> <p>Idnt even know where to start a pathetic service from my brokers,i logged in a claim on the 19 of Nov on my car and the vehicle was only taken on the 20th.First Athorisation ws done on the 30.11 and the second Athor took almost 2 weeks for assesor to approve..now they are telling me my car its still not fixed and it will be at the panel beaters till january and now i have to return the car hire..They insurace took forever to approve my second Auth thich led to this small claims to drag for over a month,now because of theier horrible service i have to be without car for the holidays..i have been after them for 2 weeks as usual empty promises,no calls and no feedback to a point i contact the assesors my self of which he advised he was not told about the second Autho..something to small took the entire month to fix and still no joy at the end of the day the car is still not fixed..i am unfairly treated and have contcted the ombudmans office to take this matter further..because of them and their poor pathetic servcise and i am now without a car and they are even refusing to give me another car hire for the holidays to clean out their mess.Do not Business with Campher insuracne or Albratos Brokers..They are pathetic to the core..and hardless and no emomtions to their clients.</p>
