Deposit *****

<p>I had hired a caravan for three days from Campguru caravans in Edenvale from 30 Sept to 3 Oct 2016.It had a toilet and we had deliberately not used it except for urinating.I could not put up the tent as some poles were either missing or wrongly marked.The two pkate stove only one plate could be used.The fridge never got cold thus spoiling whatever was in.Curtains were dirty.I cleaned both caravan and toilet before returning it.I had paid a deposit of R5000.The caravan was checked on returning it and nothing was said.I had raised all the concerns above and Lou Ann noted them on my file at the back of one document.I never heard anything until I got part of the deposit R3695. I raised the issue of shortage and no response was forthcoming until I called today only to be told that all the issues I had raised had been checked and none were true.I was told R1000 of my depost had gone to ckeaning the potty in the toilet.Suprisingly all thus happens without any communication from the time I returned the caravan and it was checked and some days later I had been called to collect my wife's medication that had been dropped in the caravan.</p> <p> </p>
