Terrible Service

I purchased a duffel bag on the 15th of October and to date (06th Nov) I haven’t received it, last week they sent me the wrong order, I got frying pan instead and don’t want to come collect it, their deliveryman **** to me that he’s on his way to deliver my bag now they don’t even want to refund me.
