Bad after-sales service

I bought a self-inflating camping mattress from Camp and Climb. After the warranty was expired it sprung a leak. Camp and Climb do not do repairs (for which I was quite willing to pay), did not know anybody who could repair it, and just offered to sell me a new one. Not very good after-sales service. Not impressed.
