I have been taken for granted because of my skin colour

2015 l moved to 111 Ninth On Lever Noordwyk Midrand, for sharing. l moved in to a house that was not in good condition. My house mate and l tried to get the damages fixed, the agent (Antronica) was really taking too long to get them fixed, and she told us that some of the damages were just miner. We complained a lot, l even mentioned that l don't want complications when the lease ends. First thing l noticed in my room was burnt marks on the carpet which where not bad in my room. Since l was told that some damages are miner...l managed to hide the marks with a chair, plus it didn't bother me because it wasn't bad at all.

l stayed in the same address for 2yrs, finally l decided not to renew my contract and l moved out end of June 2017. Now l'm waiting for the agent to refund me my deposit, "DOLOLO" l sent emails till l couldn't. Till l threatened them by involving my lawyers, that's when the lady called Kaz (manager) responded to my emails saying l left damages, therefore l'm not getting my deposit back...she said the bathtub has a yellow marks and she will hate to see me replacing it so she will not refund me my R3000 rand deposit. Then she said she will speak to the owner. I waited and waited and waited for almost 2 months. l email her asking how long should l wait for you to get back to me? There was no response still. I had to say something that will scare her to get her attention like involving lawyers. l don't even have lawyers, l can't afford one but l managed to get her attention. l called her on the phone, my goodness, what a rude person. She was very mean and impatient, She didn't care how l felt, l was really disappointed because l was talking to a manager. She stated that power was down hence she couldn't respond to me...really...power was down for almost 2 months? tjoh!!! She said she is not in the office but she on her way there so she will email me. Well she only sent me the email the following day...stating l'm still not getting my money. l was confused to be honest because at first they said l not getting my money because the bathtub is damaged..then few weeks later it's no longer the bath, it's the carpet. Is this company making money for *********** black people...believe me you...If l was white like Kaz she would have given me my money back. The Antronica chick didn't even say a word about anything. She only came to do the inspection then wrote lies...only because she couldn't be honest that l left the room clean..maybe she wants to gain power by being evil. **** Kaz and Antronica..**** them for NOT caring about my feelings. I need to know how many black people have they **********. I wanted to speak to the owner of the house, Kaz told me l can't...why..l asked..she said l just can't. Campbell Baxter Properties is ****ed up!!!! l still want my money back. l ended up being homeless because of this company. l didn't have money to deposit the next house. l was sleeping in my car. Hope they happy for what they did to me. l hope you fed your families with my money.
