I occupied their unit in Midrand firstly they never had clean walls and bathroom (Shower) it was only painted when I requested it to be painted back in 2014. As time went on by the paint in the shower walls started peeling of due to the quality of the paint bought which I did notify them. So when I decided to move out Campbell Baxter decides to deduct money from my deposit claiming that I damaged their property due to the steam in the shower peeling the paint off. Antronica Msiza (Agent) knew very well that the place does the have a problem yet she still claims I damaged it. I would like to advise people out there that Campbell Baxter Properties is not safe and cant look after their tenants due to ghost expenses which are just made up to lose your deposit.
