Unprofessional and poor communication

We rented the 2 sleeper combo and paid fully upfront. At a later stage we added an extra tent for our kids as we decided to tag them along for the trip. We were told we could pay on collection. When we came to collect both tents, we were told only the tent we paid for previously was kept for us. They gave away the tent to other customers. We were deeply disappointed by this. We were forced to go buy a tent for the kids. Extremely unprofessional service and poor communication
