Unsatisfactory

I bought a camp master inflatable mattress on the 11 of January 2018 on my 22nd birthday. The bed was great to sleep on till the 5th of February when it has started unexpectaly deflating on its own, as usual I thought it is the usual of the bed needing some air.

After I have inflated the mattress it seems to work ,on Tuesday I got up with serious back aches and I was angry to see the only bed I have that was so expensive to buy in that state.

Now on wensday the 7th Febuary I inflated the bed one more time thinking I haven't inflated the bed correctly, to make me more angry the bed deflated slowly on the same day while laying on it for an hour.

I have back pains that come now and then. The bed I bought was to assist me in that regard however it has caused more issues these past days. I do not have the reciept of the purchase I made at game and I know that they will refuse to assist me to get an another bed as there is no proof I bought it there.

I think this is unexpectable and I work during the day which will not help me exchange the bed or get my hard work money back.

To my thinking I thought camp master was a great brand sadly it has disaponted me. Is camp master intending to help me or just say we apologize for the inconvenience caused and will let our sellers know.

I have no idea where or on what I will sleep tonight.
