The Ineffectiveness of customer service

I have a camp master gazebo that requires a spare part to make it usable. My first attempt to buy the spare took a week of back and forth communication and on the day that I was supposed to pick it up I was told that it's not available - they made a mistake. This time around, another 4 days to secure the part - and we're told that spare is no longer available and not made anymore..<br> So the gazebo is still sold but with all the parts redesigned so that older models >3 years are now obsolete <br> As a consumer you're forced to buy the new model at R1000 rather than the spare at R60. <br> <br> Anybody know an alternate gazebo supplier - I will not support camp master anymore
