Shocking product quality and support

Just a few months ago I bought a camp master one touch solo gazebo. This was erected 3 time in total before it failed. The first was immediately after buying it and then twice while camping. On the 3rd time the frame snapped in 3 places. The frame is way too flimsy for a single person to erect this. It starts flopping all over the place and the flimsy piping cannot take it. I contacted camp masters directly and after a few weeks they eventually arranged to have the ******* picked up which never happened on the arranged date but rather at a random date there after. Since then no feedback, no plan of action, no estimated timelines, nothing.

So my advise, buy a proper gazebo if you intent to use it more than once. Camp master gear is really, REALLY bad quality and their 'support' is just as **** as their products. Buying a proper gazebo might mean that it is a bit heavier, takes longer to erect but at least it is reusable. Camp master products are for children playing 'camp camp' in the back yard.
