Products of poor quality

Very disappointed with the Camp master 30L Cooler box green & gray I bought the cooler @ makro online and collected from the Crown mines store. I had not used the cooler for about 2 months after buying it. The third month I used it, I had beers and my favourite bottle of whisky inside the cooler. I then removed it from the car making my way to where my friends and I were sitting the one side of the handle got loosen and everything that was inside fall and broke. I sent the cooler to Makro were I collected it I was told that it was going to be sent for repairs. A couple of weeks late I receive a call from Lucky from (Camp master) who was supposed to do the repair informing me that the cooler cannot be repaired and the batch of the coolers that I had purchase was recalled because it was a bad batch.
