Pathetic quality

A few weeks ago I had purchased a gazebo from game and as the weather would be so unpredictable it came up and literally damaged the frame and tore the sail. Firstly the quality of Camp Master Product is pathetic and secondly it took days for someone to get back to me and eventually I managed to get refunded.
