Our Camp master tent's poles broke after n couple of good years' service. When we contacted customer care to order new poles we just got a short email stating that the product has been discontinued. We didn't want to claim a new tent, yell at anybody or any of the sort, we just want to at least be \tried\" to help. Maybe one of your new tents' poles fits the old one? Or you can make us a set?"
