Gazebo

This past Sunday morning I had bought the 210 gazebo from Game Vincent Park and went straight to the dam with it. It was not a windy day, it was actually such a perfect day. (The staff from Game also agreed about the weather on Sunday yesterday when I tried to return the gazebo. The gazebo only came with 4 hooks/pins to hold it into the ground and it didn't state anywhere that you needed more of the hooks or rope to hold it down and a little bit of wind blew once and it blew the gazebo over and broke two of the legs. This is really not okay as it really wasn't a windy day and the things you supply aren't enough to hold it and you guys don't state that. Game says they can only refund it if you guys will give them the credit when they return it to you. Would you guys be able to do that? Because it's literally R1300/R1500 thrown down the drain because it didn't even last for a few hours. It's really a different thing if it was a windy day then the fault would of been with me but it was a calm day. The packaging should state that you need to get more support for it outside on a calm day or use the gazebo inside only.
