Disgusting Service/Quality

Honestly disgusted with the quality of this brand, we purchased a Camp Master Gazebo a month ago and the first rain we had (which was not even bad) the whole Gazebo collapsed. We have had a different brand Gazebo before 3m x 3m that wasn't as flimsy as this, the metal frame actually contorted on this Camp Master and broke. This is absolutely ridiculous to pay R1999 for something that literally falls apart with a little bit of rain on the 1st go. I definitely won't be buying anything Camp Master again.

And on top of it all no one even contacts you to apologize or offer any sort of support to the matter, nice way to run a business / brand.
