Disappointed

I am so disappointed , i bought a Airbed combo single-double but the double punched the same day i bought it ,i went to exchange it at Makro Struben Valley , 1 july then used it for 3days .it has been in the box since then i opened it today and pumped it coz i have to use it booom its punched again
