Customer care cannot help
I bought a Camp Master Safari 60l cooler box. It has a draining system, but upon opening the box, the plug is not installed yet. There is instruction manual and the plug just falls out if you put it in. I phoned customer care and also asked the people at Makro to help me. Nobody knew how it works and customer care cannot help either. I asked them to get back to me urgently as no cooler boxed in the store has any instructions, meaning that anyone who buy's one, will not know how it works.<br> I have still not received a call back and ended up having to exchange it for a Coleman cooler.<br> I would have preferred the camp master, but since no-one can tell me how it works, I cannot keep it.

we do apologies for the inconvenience caused here and that you could not use the product you ideally wanted, in short the plug can be twisted to expand and fill the drainage hole this allows the drainage plug to be a strong and secure fit in the drainage hole.
