Camp Master tent - splitting poles

I bought a Camp Master tent in December 2016. By December 2019 most of the tent poles showed signs of splitting. I had to replace some of them since they broke in two. My tent was used 2 or 3 times a year. And never for long periods. Even though they admitted that they have issues with splitting poles, Camp Master wants me to pay for repairs since the tent isn't under warranty anymore. Which only means that they feel that their tents should only work for about 3 years. After that, you are on your own. I've seen all of the other Camp Master complaints on here without any reply from them so I realize it is useless but would like other people to know what kind of customer care to expect from them
