Camp Master surprise

About two years ago I bought a Camp Master Classic 220 Comfort Chair from Makro. Its foldout mechanism did not work as easy as I would have liked, but Makro assured me it will be OK. Well, after using it about 30 times in the period, a support leg snapped and I e-mailed the Camp master service centre about my problem. Although the warranty has expired, they made contact within a day, I sent them pictures, they collected my chair from my house, fixed it and returned it again. Thanks Camp Master for surprising me with your excellent service!
