Camp master does not care about your product once out of warranty

Very disappointed that Camp master makes it so difficult for us to have items repaired that are out of warranty. First I have to send my tent to Denver in Jhb, then they send it to some place in Edenvale before I can even get a quote. So, if I do not accept the quote, I have to pay costs of transporting my tent there and back for nothing!! RIDICULOUS!
