Camp Master Disappointed after 2 nd use

Camp Master Instant Cabin 10 person Tent I purchased a camp master tent in January , used it twice for camping to discover that it was cold and full of insects over night , when I enquired with other people that bought same tent , I figured out that the net piece was missing – How do we solve for this ? Purchased the tent at Game , to return for a warranty you need to take in whole tent back for fixing – I do not see why this is necessary if the item is missing when purchased. Can we return tent for another one ?

2 camp chairs Camp Master Deluxe 300 High back – Broke after 2 uses , not a good buy at all , purchased in April .

Due time that as lapsed , we now cannot return items ( 1 year Warranty at Games), unfortunately one only uses and tests items when you actually go out camping.

How disappointing !
