Camp Disaster

Poor quality products that do not last half a year, with even worse customer service!

I bought shoes for my husband as a gift - leather upper and all. I thought it was good quality that will last long. After 4 months they fell apart. The soles are broken and water leaks into the shoe from the collapsed rubber sole underneath. I contacted customer service, but I have been ignored. Next time I'll rather invest in PEP shoes, they last longer for a fraction of the price.
