Cabin 510 tent

I bought a Camp master 510 cabin tent from Game. The third time I used it the poles and fittings got damaged. I took it to Game Welkom and they send it to Camp master for repairs and once I got it back the repairs on the tent was not up to standard. I could have done a better job myself. I phoned Camp master and told them of the repairs and also send photos. Camp master send a currier to pick up my tent to have a look at it again. Two weeks later I found out that the tent was delivered to the wrong address. I had to phone and organize that the tent can be picked up again and delivered to the right address. Once again costing me money. Today (month later) I phoned to find out where my tent is and once again the tent was delivered to the wrong person. I do not wish to have this tent anymore. I want a refund. I am not even interested by getting a brand new tent. You can keep that tent. I always bought Camp master products but after this poor service I got, I will never ever buy a Camp master product again in my life. Even if I see someone wanting to buy a Camp master product I will convince then not to buy it. I am going to the ombudsman with this.
