BAD RESPONSE

On 28 May I contacted Andile Nhlapo as my lug on the bottom of my camp chair had broken off. As I am a pensioner and do not often use the camp chair, in fact used probably +-5 times since owning it, was surprised when I almost fell down when it snapped off. I was told that because of lockdown I would have to wait. I have had numerous emails back and forth with her one was requesting the price and where I could buy one as I was told that unless I still have the cash slip they would not look to replacing it. Hence the query to have it fixed as I am a government pensioner and cannot pay for a new one. CASE NO. CAS-66219-WOK5L8 I am still awaiting a response to my queries.
