Bad Product Quality

In December 2017 I sent an email to via the Camp Masters website reporting the poor quality of their charcoal briquettes of which I had purchased 3 bags from Makro, the coal just broke to pieces if they were press to hard or once they got hot and were just horrible to braai with and they were marked as EXPORT QUALITY. The email was responded to by Meagan Bowes who requested the following: Picture of the barcode, Physical address, Attach purchase slip, Picture of the coals to see how they fall apart, which I provided via email on 23 January 2018. A couple of days later DHL delivered one bag of Charcoal (not 3 to replace the ones I bought) and this bag was crushed to pieces worst than the ones I bought from Makro. On the 26 January 2018 I send Meagan Bowes an email reporting the that bags of charcoal they sent to replace the three I had purchased was of a worst quality and Meagan just responded to my email with "I have informed my line manager she will escalate the matter. I trust the above is sufficient." and to date there has been no response from Camp Master regarding this matter.
