Bad product from Camp Master

I bought two camp master chairs from Game Colonnade on the 8th of April 2023, I returned them the same day, the back rest stitching was so poorly done the frame pulled through the stitched seam.

After a time, consuming experience (2hours) they were eventually exchanged, just to find the new (replaced ones) do exactly the same.

I live in Sasolburg and am not going all the way back to the Colonnade Game (+/- 160km) to sit there for 2 hours to have them exchanged, and frankly don’t trust the make anymore.

I would like a suitable solution as a matter of urgency, to guide you in coming to a resolution I will accept nothing less than a total refund plus all added fees or a replacement of a tested and reputable make of chair delivered to my door in Sasolburg
