Advertising items not available

Very disappointed with camp master and thier products. I purchased a thrumo cooler to suit my camping needs based on the fact that they also produce and market a campmaster ac to dc converter to allow for oppertation from a ac source. This product turns out to only be available on puctures as no store carries it and when contacting camp master client services they dont even bother to read the inquiry " evident in the reply sent" but rather sent some almost machine generated mindless responce withch is worth less than the 10 seconds it took to read it. Maybe try and only advertise items you can actually supply in this way people would not be misled to purchase your products that dont serve the intended perpose.
