3 man Pop up tent cant fit a doucble matress

<p>I sent a complaint via their website on the 18th of Nov 2016, About my 3 man tent that does not fit a double blow up mattress even though the sales person at Makro assured me it will. Ayanda Thembani rep**** to me on the same day. I was required to send my till slip and a picture of the tent which I sent on the 21st of Nov 2016. I sent another mail to Ayanda on the 1 Dec 2016 to follow up but to reply. Then again on the 12 Jan 2017 and again on the 18th of Jan 2017? No response. Question is how can a 3 man tent not fit a double blow up matress? The sales person misled me and now this tent is useless to me.</p> <p>Can someone please respond to my issue???</p> <p> </p>
