CAMP DAVID PORT EDWARD - A DEFINATE NO GO PLACE

I am deeply saddened and quote upset about the experience that my family and I had to undergo at the Camp David Port Edward home. I took my mum for her 60 birthday party and upon arrival I was first told to go fetch the key from the garage which was around 3 km away from the family guest house. upon arrival the Pool was filthy and looked like a swamp. we went in and the inside was looking presentable. we went to make something to eat and the cutlery and crockery was in a pathetic state .. all chipped and stained and sticky we had to go to and buy plastic plates and cups. The house was suppose to house 16-17 ppl upon my quotation received -- I took around 12 and there was not enough blankets and the bedsheets was all stained... let me not talk about the towels... that was torn and shredded to bits .... we could not use the front area as it was full of moss .... the tv --- there was no tv at all ... the cables were not connected,,, the stove is a total mess .. when we called the manager for the home and the alarm .. she said that she didn't know how to operate the alarm. when I returned to work I sent a message to the owner of the property demanding that she reimburses me an x amount or the terrible state the facility is in... she said that we should have announced this at check in ... guess what there is no check in ... just a garage that the key was in ... I am simply appauled by this place and advise everyone not to go.. I have pics of everything ... The owners details are *** // ***. thanks
