No Invoice

Good day,

Camo Security Solutions ( Tinus Ferreira), provided me with a quote to install an 8 Channel Hikvision CCTV kit with 8 cameras.

I accepted their quote and they installed this system on 1 October 2 018.

As I was satisfied with their product and the installation thereof, I paid the full amount on completion, into their bank account on the same day.

I have requested Tinus Ferreira the owner to provide me with an invoice reflecting the equipment installed and my payment to them.

This has not been done not withstanding several phone calls to him and a whatsapp. I notice a reluctancy on their part to send me the required invoice and I wonder why ?

Can you please look into the matter on my behalf.
