Poor Service

<p>Visited the Overport branch today around 12:15pm., Placed an order for the Full chicken with four rolls and large chips that we had found on Group-on. we sat down and waited for our meal, time passed and it was about 30min into our wait when a gentlemen walked in and approached the staff at the teller saying he was not happy as he received the wrong order again and he had to wait so long. 45min into our wait we then asked the staff as to what was happening with our order to which they simply ignored us. We then asked the manager who then asked the kitchen staff about our meal and</p> <p>we then waited for another 10 min. When the meal arrived the chicken was so small it looked like a kiddies meal, it arrived in tin foil meant for pastas, no plates, no sauce and no Rolls. We then asked about the rolls and was told they are out of rolls and are awaiting a delivery, we then asked for plates which we then were told they dont give plates. The manager was very rude to us saying we are just looking for a fight, she even kept complaining to her colleagues after leaving our table and we could hear every word. We will not return. The service was putrid and the taste of the chicken was even worse.</p>
