pathetic service

I purchased two pizzas from caminetto pizza in chatsworth durban . I was told that delivery price was R 25.00 . When I received the pizzas I realized that the toppings on the pizza had slid off from the base . I then proceeded to contact the store to lay a complaint but to my amazement the manager told me that it's not their problem because the delivery service was outsourced . He then told me that he could not give me the owners number because the owner does not speak to customers. He also added that if I have any queries to call customer care to witch I did with no one answers.I was promised that he would speak to the driver but I got no feed back from that store . It is now a situation that they received the money from me for the pizzas witch was R135.00 But Has No Regards For Me As A Paying Customer.I WILL Never Support Caminetto again and will never advise people to purchase from them
