False advertising

Camiic had a black Friday sale online and I decided to purchase a garment for my son as he has another one from Camiic which fits perfectly. I ordered the exact same size in another style. The description for the fit of the garment was easy fit therefore I had ordered it. When I received the garment it was extremely fitted and was 3/4 the length of the garment my son has. I immediately msgd the owner of the business and sent him pictures of the garment against the original one we had purchased. I was told he would get back to me. This was at the beginning of December. I waited until until eventually msgd him again on the 5th feb to find out what was happening. He said he measured the garment and that it is a slim cut. I explained that he then sold this item under false pretext as the description said relaxed fit. He then said he would exchange the item as it was a sale item but courier at my own cost. I told him he sold the item falsely yet he was adament he did nothing wrong!!!!
