You buy the full package and when you lose the stick to put on a new computer they can not be bothered to send you an invoice that you can pay for a new USB. Utterly PATHETIC. I first communicated via Facebook( as NONE of the email addresses I had went trough), the lady passed on my request, TWO weeks later I ask her again as I heard nothing( I even accused her on not doing what she promised) she then emailed them again cc'íng me in this time just too be told they ONLY assist schools, then and only then did they bother to forward my request to a different email. I again had too explain what I am looking for even though it was in the email. I have still not heard anything. I paid over 13k for the full program just so that they now refuse/ are too lazy ( well whatever they are) to send me an invoice so that I ca pay for a new USB so that I can load the program on my daughters new laptop as her finally gave in to age. I would never in my life recommend them again. FYI I use to tell anybody who would listen to get cami. NEVER in my life again. I van't believe they still have a 4 star rating on facebook
