Camfly PVC Ceiling poor service

I called them to enquire about some products and was promised by the person who answered that they would call me back but I could tell by her tone of voice and hast to get off the call that I was never going to hear from them again. I even had to ask if she was going take my number before she put the phone down because how else would she phone me. I myself am a business owner and wanted to create a relationship with them to purchase on the regular but I don't do business with these type of people. I'd rather pay more money for better service. Extremely disappointed.
