Bad service and broken panels Cape town branch

I'm deeply disappointed with this company and staff that is extremely disrespectful and arrogant. I recieved damaged panels and when I told them about it there first word was it's the courier but they will investigate just to still tel me it was the courier. The manager called me back telling me he assumed the courier broke it when they dropped it off. I assisted the courier when he dropped it off and this was the only items on his roof racks. I sent pictures that the panels was broken in the material that wrapped it with. They insisted it's the courier. I asked them how can it be the courier if it is still wrapped with tape and you can see through the tape it's broken. They admitted that's the tape they use to keep it together but they didn't brake it. They literally said we don't care how you receive the stock as long as it left right from us. I said again the stock was still wrapped and I'm the one who opened it and it was broken there's now way the courier did this. They just kept on saying the courier broke it.
