I recently purchased a 24-70mm Z lens for Nikon from this company, and it was a complete disaster. They falsely advertise damaged and faulty products as new, deceiving customers into thinking they're purchasing high-quality items. The lens's condition was not clearly indicated, and I was misled by their false reputation.

When I reached out for assistance, the representative was not only rude but also hung up on me when I asked to speak with a manager. To add insult to injury, they’re charging me a 10% fee to return the lens, which I believe is part of a **** they use to repeatedly sell faulty products, have customers return them, and then resell them to someone else.

Even worse, they admitted that the images on their website are stock photos, as if that would make me feel any better. The truth is, they falsely advertised a product they never had in the first place, tricking customers into buying something completely different.

I will be sharing this experience with everyone in my industry to ensure no one else falls victim to this ****. Avoid this company at all costs and buy from reputable retailers like Outdoor Photos or the Premium distributors of cameras in Centurion. Don’t get ****med like I did.
