CAMERAWORLD BELLVILLE 100% FANTASTIC SERVICE

On 25/08/21 I had to urgently find and buy a replacement camera for my work as the works camera has been misplaced/ lost and I was the custodian of the camera. I called Cameraworld and was assisted by a very friendly and professional person called Daniel. He perfectly matched the details of the lost camera to replace it. I paid for it and before I left, I informed him that I might bring the item back if the work does not want it as they might prefer the money for the lost camera. On the 26/08/21 I took the camera to work just to find that they now want the money. I immediately called Daniel and he informed me that it’s not a problem I can return it to the shop. On the morning of 27 /08/21 I returned the camera to camera world. Daniel received it NO QUESTIONS ASKED and I was refunded within minutes. I would like to thank CAMERAWORLD for the professional way in which they assisted me and would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. Daniel, you are doing a great job.
